Here at Y of Central Maryland we offer many programs, camps, and sports activities that focus on healthy living. Most people tend to think of health & well-being as only “the physical”. At the Y, we believe “the physical” is only part of a bigger picture. Even though we’re the leading provider of health & well-being programs in Central Maryland and offer a variety of fun, energizing classes for all bodies, levels and abilities, we understand that health & well-being is as much mental and spiritual as it is physical. That’s why in addition to the “feel the burn” classes, we offer classes that lift your spirit, sharpen your mind and help you achieve an overall spirit-mind-body wellness. We also provide opportunities for social interaction with friends and neighbors and quality time for busy families.

GRADE 3 AND UP. A seriously hilarious game that requires you to create laugh-out-loud sentences - a perfect way to practice language skills.
